This is the picture of the house from the courtyard. You cannot see them well, but there are ducks on the tops of the sticks. It stands for long life. All the ribbons tyed around the rope are people coming and writing down a wish and tying it to the ropes. Yes I made a wish also and tied it there.

This is a life size statue of the last King and Queen. She was married at 12 and moved into the house that I visited. She died at 71 of a heart attack. Don't know what happened to him.

There are these pots outside the gates of the post, so that they can make it close to the post for the dish to have on post.
These were in the last "Royal House" that is here. The Japanese killed off all the Royalty when they invaded Korea, about 1910. Since then there is no Royal Families here in Korea. They are a Democracy.

This is what I had for lunch today. Kimshe (cabbage and radish) noodles and some kind of vegetable. Then green tea, some korean "bar-b-que" (not like ours) and some "sticky" rice. Then some fruit and lemon tea and rice cakes. It was awesome!
