There are these pots outside the gates of the post, so that they can make it close to the post for the dish to have on post.

These were in the last "Royal House" that is here. The Japanese killed off all the Royalty when they invaded Korea, about 1910. Since then there is no Royal Families here in Korea. They are a Democracy.
